Meet Teneé
My journey began as I pursued a career as an Actuary, studying Math and Finance at State University of New York New Paltz. While working as an Actuarial Analyst, I discovered my knack for organizing data, building tools for data-driven decisions, and monitoring product performance.
My Story
Around the 10-year mark, frustration arose from making millions for a financial institution without the deserved promotions. I redirected my talents to serve my Community, starting by helping family and friends with tasks like organizing Excel files, automating processes, and tech assistance.

Encouragement from my support circle prompted a shift in focus. Excel became my "jam," and the joy of streamlining work for others fueled my passion. My goal emerged — providing administrative and project management services for Black-owned businesses and organizations.

Problem-solving for businesses is my forte, and I relish challenges, even when the answer isn't immediately apparent. My success stems from learning and teaching, a skill I apply to help others.
Through building my business, I discovered unexpected managerial talents and the importance of collaboration with subject matter experts. Recognizing the needs of small business owners, I focus on areas where they get 'stuck' — task management, project planning, procedure documentation, and creating organizational tools.
In essence, my journey reflects a commitment to community service and empowering small businesses with the skills I've honed over my diverse career.
